About SoulShift & Your Coach

SoulShift Collective is a coaching space created for high-functioning, emotionally aware adults who feel stuck in cycles of stress, overthinking, and self-pressure, despite doing “all the right things.”
The work here is grounded in nervous system regulation, emotional skill-building, and identity-based transformation. Instead of pushing for change through motivation or mindset alone, we focus on building internal safety, clarity, and self-trust so growth becomes sustainable.
I’m a coach trained in positive psychology, nervous system regulation, and transformational coaching. My work bridges structured psychological understanding with real, lived human experience. I support people in learning simple, practical skills to regulate their system, understand their emotions, and lead themselves with more calm and clarity.
SoulShift was created from both professional training and personal experience, as a response to burnout, self-abandonment, and the quiet exhaustion that often hides behind competence. This is a space for depth, steadiness, and long-term inner strength.
